SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Hank started his speaking career while with the FBI. His first major case was as an interstate car ring investigation that resulted in 35 convictions. This case established him as an expert and put him in demand for conducting seminars for federal, state and local agencies. It also resulted in speaking at annual trade association conventions such as the Construction Industry Manufacturers Association (CIMA), Associated General Contractors (AGC), American Rental Association and many others.
After writing his first book, "Handling Drug Abuse In The Workplace," Hank conducted hundreds of seminars for managers and supervisors employed in the manufacturing sector. He also began speaking at business associations such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to business associations, he has spoken at Rotary, Civitan, Kiwanis and other social service groups.
Currently he is conducting seminars for Community Association Managers, Property Management companies and other entities dealing with applicant screening. He is currently speaking on podcasts and accepting library invitations to speak about his book.
BIOGRAPHY

Recent court cases involving prosecutions by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as well as private lawsuits concerning negligent tenant screening are reviewed. Important FTC permanent injunctions are examples are discussed
Various types of Verifications, e.g., Landlord, Driver’s License, Employment, etc. will be considered on a cost/ benefit basis.
